Feral Brand LLC – Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Returns

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns must be approved before being sent back. If approved, we’ll provide a return label and instructions.

Items sent without approval will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order number—we’ll make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used grooming products

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale items and gift cards


Refunds

Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
